O-Ring Head Service – 6.0L / 6.4L Power Stroke

This is a machining service where we modify your 6.0L or 6.4L Power Stroke cylinder heads by cutting O-ring grooves and installing stainless steel wire rings. These rings bite into the head gasket under torque, creating a stronger, more reliable combustion seal—ideal for high-horsepower and high-boost builds.

This upgrade greatly improves sealing under extreme conditions, helping prevent head gasket failures that are common in high-performance applications.

Price includes modification of a pair of heads.

Heads must arrive cleaned and freshly milled flat—ready for machining.
We are not responsible for warped, cracked, or uninspected heads. If your heads haven’t been properly evaluated by a qualified engine machine shop, and they’re unusable when we receive them, that’s on you.
