Core Return Policy

  1. RMA Requirement
    All core returns require prior authorization. Customers must contact Punch-Out Performance & Machine LLC via email at wes@punchoutperformance.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any cores.Cores returned without a valid RMA number will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
  2. RMA Identification & Documentation
    • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
    • Do not write on product packaging; only write on the outer shipping carton.
    • A copy of the original order or invoice must be included inside the package, with the RMA number noted for verification.
    • Failure to properly label or document the return may delay processing or result in denial of the refund.
  3. Return Timeframe
    • Returns must be received within 30 days of customer receipt, as determined by UPS tracking.
    • Cores received after 30 days may be rejected or subject to partial credit at the company’s discretion.
  4. Refund Discretion
    All core refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Punch-Out Performance & Machine LLC. Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion, based on the condition, completeness, and usability of the returned cores.
  5. Shipping Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and proper packaging of core returns unless otherwise authorized in writing by Punch-Out Performance & Machine LLC.

Return & Exchange Policy

    Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited.

  4. Restocking Fee & Refund Policy
    • All approved refunds are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
    • Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Punch-Out Performance & Machine LLC, based on product condition, completeness, and resale eligibility.
    • Products that have been used, modified, damaged, or installed are not eligible for return or refund.
  5. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges will only be authorized for unused and uninstalled items in original condition and packaging. All exchanges require an RMA number and are subject to inspection upon receipt.
    Exchange approval is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of Punch-Out Performance & Machine LLC.
  6. Shipping Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and proper packaging unless otherwise authorized in writing by Punch-Out Performance & Machine LLC.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.
